I've been proud to call Atlanta home since 1995, when I moved here from Bloomington, Indiana. That same year, I earned my real estate license, and for nearly 32 years I've had the privilege of helping buyers, sellers, and relocating clients achieve their real estate goals throughout metro Atlanta.

Since 1996, I've been recognized as a Top Producer by the Atlanta REALTORS® Association through 2025, earning the prestigious Silver Phoenix Award for 25 consecutive years of production excellence. I'm also a member of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association Million Dollar Club, ERA Real Estate's Leaders' Circle, and have been recognized among the top 1.5% of real estate professionals in the United States by RealTrends.

Throughout my career, I've helped more than 1,000 families successfully buy and sell homes across Buckhead, Midtown, Morningside, Virginia-Highland, Brookhaven, Decatur, Sandy Springs, East Cobb, and surrounding metro Atlanta communities. I work with luxury homes, relocation clients, first-time homebuyers, downsizing homeowners, investment properties, and new construction, tailoring my approach to every client's unique goals and circumstances.

In 2010, I founded Capital City Realty with one guiding principle: clients always come first. We grew from a team of five agents into a respected independent brokerage before joining the ERA Real Estate network in 2022 as ERA Foster & Bond. Following our 2025 merger with ERA Sunrise Realty, I'm proud to help lead a brokerage of nearly 200 agents across six offices, combining local expertise with the resources and reach of an international real estate brand.

I believe successful real estate is built on trust, communication, market knowledge, and protecting my clients' interests throughout every stage of the transaction. My business has grown primarily through referrals from past clients who appreciate honest advice, strategic negotiation, responsive communication, and a commitment to making every transaction as smooth and successful as possible.

When I'm not working with clients, you'll usually find me hiking, camping, SCUBA diving, enjoying high-performance driving, traveling internationally, or spending time with my husband and our dogs, Cooper and Henry.
