Over the past couple of years, I have been deeply involved in caring for my parents, who have been battling Alzheimer's and dementia. This journey has not only been challenging but also incredibly enlightening. It has shown me the importance of compassion, patience, and the need for specialized services to support seniors and their families during pivotal moments in their lives.

So, despite nearly 30-years of real estate expertise and what I thought was "enough" planning for my parent's golden years, I was surprised at how much I learned (and continue to learn) about dealing with elder housing. Now driven by my experiences with my parents, I have a better understanding of what is needed when making decisions about what to do when, most likely, making a final move.
